user friendly. way better than I expected. UPDATE June 2015: excellent user-friendliness continues after all these updates. UPDATE May 2018 still incredibly excellent. UPDATE 12/31/2021: where is the documentary film showcasing the excellence of this app?
App is great. Of course it is as good as the data provided by CTA, but many functions (find nearby bus stop for example) are quite useful. I miss the funny comments by the developer on his blog!
Keeps crashing. Was working well before about a week ago and now crashes often, and I'm prompted to submit bug reports often. Sometimes I can't even open app. Also lots of my details under My Treks have self-deleted and it won't let me enter them back in. Hopefully the bug reports will lead to a fix, otherwise i'll have to look for a different cta app, which would be too bad because it was really useful before. I have a samsung galaxy a32 5g.

Pretty good overall! Considerably more accurate than Google for ETAs! Not so easy to use as it mught be. I just tried to get arrival times for the Red Line at Wilson and could only get bus times from Quick Treks

Train times are inaccurate. They show the trains positions pretty far off from reality and compared to other apps. Map functionality is especially inaccurate.
